Is Yammer part of Microsoft 365?
Yes.

Is this an entire new set of SKUs? What is the path to Microsoft 365 for existing Office 365 clients?
There are three commercial version of M365 available; Business, Enterprise E3, Enterprise E5. Any of these versions can be used as an upgrade from Office 365.

Microsoft 365 only works on Pro versions of Windows 10? Or will it work with Windows 10 Home too?
Microsoft 365 is only compatible with Pro versions of Windows.

For the Windows 10 deployment, does Autopilot need to be in a domain or can you have it as a Workgroup?
Yes, Windows Autopilot must be in an Azure Active Directory domain-joined environment.

Is there a price list available for Microsoft 365 Business, Microsoft 365 E3, and Microsoft 365 E5, and their add-ons?

How does this work on mobile devices?
Microsoft 365 allows for Office product to be installed on up to 15 devices (5 notebooks, 5 mobile devices, 5 desktops). As for security, M365 includes Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management.

What is the cost of getting Office 365 through D&H? Also what is the suggested mark-up percentage?

What levels of support does the client get and for how long? Is it full support for 90 days and a certain level of support for the rest? Or do they have full support for the full Microsoft 365 subscription term?
All support for Microsoft 365 subscriptions purchased through CSP must be provided by the reseller. Fortunately, we have added 24/7 technical support provided by Plumchoice with every seat. For questions, contact cloudsolutions@dandh.com.

Is the Microsoft 365 annual fee independent if I have Windows 10 Pro already licensed on the target PCs?
No, there are no discounts for systems with existing Windows 10 Pro licenses.

Is a Federal SKU list available for Microsoft 365?
Not yet. Expected Q1 2019

15% off is advertised for CSP on Microsoft 365 Business and Office 365 Business, but what is the actual price to us with the 15%?

If I have Windows 10 Pro installed and paid for already, with Microsoft 365 I still have to pay annually for another Windows 10 Pro License as part of Microsoft 365?
In a sense, yes, but it's important to understand while a Windows 10 Pro license is included in Microsoft 365, primarily the cost of the license is for O365 and EMS. Many of the features and capabilities of EMS and Office wouldn't be available in any previous client OS, and so a Windows 10 Pro license is included.

The admin PC of course must have Windows 10 Pro, but other users have Windows 10 Home. Can the user's PCs have Windows 10 Home but the "main admin" PC be Windows 10 Pro?
Windows 10 Home PCs cannot be domain joined and therefore cannot be managed via M365. This is why Windows 10 Pro is included in this suite. In this case, it would be recommended that each Windows 10 Home machine be replaced.

Is there non-profit pricing for Microsoft 365?
Not yet but we're told there will be in Q1 2019

Can I upgrade my existing Office 365 customers to Microsoft 365?
Yes, you can. In fact, you can do that seamlessly using a CSP subscription. You would simply order and activate the M365 licenses and then deactivate the existing licenses. The crossover would not affect the user at all.

How exactly does Microsoft 365 protect devices in my organization from malicious attacks?
End users' devices are protected with Windows Defender which if you haven't used in a while, considered to be one of the very best anti-virus and endpoint protection products available today. With M365B you can assure that each device is up and running and has the latest protection updates. Also M365B includes Windows Defender Exploit Guard which focuses on intrusion prevention. For example, one of its features, Controlled Folder Access stops ransomware by locking down folders and preventing unauthorized apps from accessing a user's important files.

Can I combine Microsoft 365 with other Microsoft subscription services?
Yes. You can and are encouraged to combine your M365 tenant with add-ons from Azure or Dynamics, etc.

Does everyone in my customer's organization need to have a M365B subscription?
No. not everyone needs a M365B subscription although the security and management benefits are only available to those users with the M365B sub.

Can I add Office 365 add-ons to Microsoft 365?
All add-ons that can be added to Office 365 Business Premium can be added to Microsoft 365 Business. This means stuff like Cloud App Security, Advanced Compliance, Threat Intelligence, MyAnalytics, PowerBI Pro, and Audio Conferencing.

Can I add a phone system and calling plan to Microsoft 365 Business?
No, unfortunately not. At this time, you must get Microsoft 365 Enterprise E5 for phone system and calling plan capabilities.
