This Online Application is for domestic business only. Canadian resellers can apply using the Canada Reseller Application.
To insure your application is properly completed and to reduce processing delays, please thoroughly review this checklist and gather all the following required information and exemption certificate information before starting the sign up form:
The Following Information is required during signup. Please Have it available.
Business Information
You will need to provide the legal business name and business address for your company. Should your billing and shipping address differ from your business address, you will need to provide the corresponding address along with a contact name and their information. Your business sdivucture, Federal ID Number, and date your business started need to be supplied.
Company Ownership Information
D&H will need to know the owner(s) or officer(s) of the business.
Tax Exemption Certificates
A valid tax certificate must be received prior to being able to process your application. Please complete and provide the appropriate form(s) for each state/province in which you are registered. There will be a section at the end of the application to upload or provide tax certificates.
Website Administrator
The person you assign as the website administrator will be responsible for creating and maintaining user access rights and permissions, giving you an easier way to manage your business buying needs.
Financial Information
D&H will need you to provide your banking information, including bank name, bank address, account, and routing information. Additionally, if you use any Finance Companies, you will need to provide, the Finance Company's address, account number and a contact name.
Business/Trade References
If you do business with any of the following, D&H would like you to provide your account number for reference: ADI, ASI, Douglas Stewart, Ingram Micro, Microsoft, Panasonic, Sony, Synnex, Tech Data, or Toshiba. Additionally, if there are any other references you can provide, in addition to your account number, please provide the business name, address, and phone number.

Educational Institutions
To open an account, download and complete the Education Customer Application. If you are privately owned, you will also need to provide an appropriate resale certificate.
